Before working in homes, our founder spent over 35 years in senior engineering and executive roles across Australia, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. His career was shaped in industries where systems must perform — mining operations, large-scale infrastructure, automated plants, and mission-critical environments where failure isn't tolerated.
That background formed a core belief that still guides everything we do today:
